Where can you ship the items?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. All orders are prepared within 3–6 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays), regardless of the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control. Orders over $150 may require a signature upon delivery. During peak seasons, delivery may take longer than usual due to carrier volume.

Can I change my shipping address or order details?
Shipping address changes can be requested within 24 hours by contacting us through the “Contact Us” page. For product, size, or color changes, please contact info@lyphiyes.com immediately to process your request.

How can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked through the “Track My Order” section at the bottom of our homepage.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal (or Venmo via PayPal), Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes. Gift cards are available, and you can add a gift note in the designated section before adding the item to your cart. All jewelry comes beautifully packaged in a gift-ready box, perfect for gifting or keeping as a special treat.

How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of purchase via email at info@lyphiyes.com. Once processing begins or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds for canceled orders are issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Can I personalize my item?
Engraving is available on personalized items. Stay within the character limit and choose the correct birthstone, symbol, or zodiac sign. For fingerprint engraving, upload a clear photo before placing your order.

Lyphiyes Personalized products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage includes:

  • Loose or missing stones (not due to accidental damage)
  • Broken chains, clasps, or settings caused by faulty workmanship

Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or exposure to chemicals
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Personalized/customized items altered by third parties

How to claim: Contact info@lyphiyes.com with photos of the issue and order details. Eligible items may be replaced at no cost. If replacement is not possible, store credit or a partial refund may be issued.

Rings: Available in the sizes shown in each listing. Use the size chart below the listing or the Size Guide page.

Necklaces: Offered in 14"–22" lengths with a 2" extender included. If no extender or a custom size is preferred, contact us. Refer to the size chart or Size Guide for guidance.

Bracelets: Include a 1" extender by default. If no extender or a custom size is preferred, contact us via the “Contact Us” page. Use the size chart or Size Guide to select your size.

Jewelry is offered in 925 Sterling Silver and 14k Gold Filled materials.

Sterling Silver Jewelry:

  • Lightly wipe with a soft cloth to remove surface dirt
  • Mix warm water with mild dish soap
  • Dip a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush into the solution and gently clean
  • Rinse with cold water and pat dry with a soft cloth
  • Finish by polishing with a silver polishing cloth

Gold Filled Jewelry:

  • Wipe with a soft cloth to remove dust
  • Prepare lukewarm water and mild soap solution
  • Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush or cloth
  • Rinse with cool water and pat dry using a soft, non-abrasive cloth

Tips for Gold Filled Jewelry:

  • Avoid harsh chemicals
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a fabric-lined box or pouch

General Tips:

  • Store jewelry away from direct sunlight
  • Remove before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Keep each piece separate to avoid scratches
  • Clean regularly according to the metal type to maintain shine and prevent tarnish

Custom orders are accepted. Email info@lyphiyes.com before placing your order, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and unused.
  • Non-personalized jewelry: Full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Personalized jewelry: Non-refundable. In exceptional cases, refund or store credit may be issued, subject to a 30% restocking/reprocessing fee

Return Process:

  • All returns must be requested and approved before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be processed
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection

By using this website, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or collective lawsuit, and instead agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.
